St. Patrick's Day at BT

So, you got to have Corned Beef and Cabbage on St. Patrick's Day, no?  But does Kevin want to serve just any old corned beef and cabbage?  No again.  He wants to make corned beef and cabbage sausage:

And it turned out quite well, enjoyed by several guests on Saturday night.
