I think we just got a whole tree worth of Persian limes, fresh direct from Florida, courtesy of Shari and Parker Keen. Wow! The bulging box full of beautiful and heavy fruit will be put to good use, and not only for our personal weekend gin and tonics! I'm thinking lime ice pops, to add to our repertoire, among other citrusy things. Thank you so much Shari and Parker! This is so very special.
