Angie put together this chocolate bread pudding this morning, using a recipe we googled from Paula Dean. Kevin hates Paula Dean, btw, but I find her hilarious. Anyway, I have a perfectly delicious recipe of my own, that I've used for years, but it calls for 16 egg yolks! We generate more than enough egg whites to use up as it is, so we nixed my old recipe and tried this one. Angie has reminded us that we will need to taste it before we foist it off on the customers...not a problem. It smells heavenly, with the cinnamon and chocolate aromas heading up through the hood out into the parking lot! Come and get it!
