House Made


I think Kevin's been feeling a little disappointed that we didn't make it to the Delaware State Fair this summer, so he made some sausages to use in his new lunch special - the SausageWich.
He takes his (housemade) cibatta bread, spreads it with his special balsamic sauce, and layers it with this (housemade) Italian sausage, some (in-house) roasted (locally grown) peppers and (home grown) tomatoes, tops that with our (housemade) mozzarella and presto:
The Italian Sausage and Pepper Sandwich.
Note to self - take a picture of the sandwich tomorrow...
