Kevin has really struggled lately to come up with a chicken dish for the menu that our guests would actually order. Cooking chicken at home is normal for most people; choosing it for dinner on a night out, not so much. It seems he has succeeded with this selection - bacon wrapped chicken breast with blue cheese bread pudding and walnut stuffed dates. I don't think we have ever received so many compliments about a chicken dish as we have with this one. The components are complimentary, the procedure is not one most home cooks would want to spend the time on, and the temptation of the blue cheese bread pudding is hard to resist. Barbara, even though I serve chicken a couple of times a week, Stu's ordered Kevin's new chicken dish TWICE now...So,to at-home-chicken-fixers: no matter how often you have chicken at home, you gotta try this one. Thanks. C.G.
