What We Eat

Freshly roasted duck wings, sticky with sauce.  That is a BT kitchen snack - or meal, depending on your needs.  People comment to me all the time about the great food we must get to eat at Brooks Tavern. They don't realize that we don't really ever get to eat that CrabSteak they are wildly enthusiastic about.  We get the leftovers, or the rejects, or the odd, unsellable pieces.  We eat duck wings.  And are they ever good!
