Eastern Shore Surf and Turf, Redux

A soft shell crab, stuffed with crab, plated alongside a medallion of St. Brigid's Farm veal, under a rich mushroom sauce.  Oh my.  It doesn't get a whole lot better than that.  We pretty quickly sold out of this special on Saturday night.  After that it was crabcake and veal...that didn't last long either.
