Wednesday Menu

Last night's prix-fixe began with a bowl of hot and sour shrimp soup, garnished generously with Marvesta "heads-on" shrimp.  The entree was a stir-fry of rice noodles with Thai inspired sausage.  Perfect for a hot night.  Not pictured is the coconut cream caramel, which rounded out the apparent Southeast Asian theme for the menu.  And one other point - the entire menu was gluten free!
