Postscript to the New Menu

 The "new" scallop dish looked a lot better last night than it did on its opening presentation on Tuesday - Kevin has put a creamy white clam sauce on top of the lasagna and spinach, and then the saffron sauce underneath, with the perfectly caramelized scallops resting around it.  He plans to change it one more time, making the lasagna round instead of square.

And this duck plate looks much better, with that bright spot of green broccoli changing the contrast.  Looks good enough to eat!
